  Our vehicle was recovered to the Aldershot branch as the approved repairer for the AA. I had to go in and find what was going on to which i was told "yeah we had a quick look and it needs a new gearbox and a new clutch and both drive shafts and the your looking at a bill of 1200 as the AA only covers up to 500 it may not be worth fixing." So i contacted the Garage i have used for years and the vehicle was recovered there to which i was told the drive shaft had failed. The vehicle has been repaired and is been used. I went today to speak to the manager and asked was a there a reason why they did not want the job, or was it to difficult, or just easier to fob me off. I have complained to Halford customer services about the very poor level of service that we have received. I have to give on star but they are not worth that.

  Manager & staff are all very polite & helpful. Very reasonable prices and very, very good workmanship you can trust. I have recommended the Aldershot service centre to all my colleagues.
